You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each organization account is managed by its designated administrators.
You agree to use Warmer Welcomes only for lawful purposes related to employee onboarding. You may not use the service to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display it as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your onboarding materials.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Warmer Welcomes is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
